1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
• The trek operator reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice.

2. Payment Terms

• 25% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
• Remaining balance must be paid before the trek start date.
• All payments are subject to applicable GST and taxes.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: 90% refund.
• Cancellation 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund.
• Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

4. Health & Fitness

• Participants must be physically fit and mentally prepared for high-altitude trekking.
• Any pre-existing medical conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
• The trek operator is not responsible for any health issues arising during the trek.

5. Safety & Conduct

• Participants must follow the trek leader's instructions at all times.
• Any illegal activity or misconduct will result in immediate termination without refund.
• Smoking, alcohol, and drugs are strictly prohibited during the trek.

6. Force Majeure

• The trek operator is not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural calamities, government restrictions, strikes, or any other unforeseen events.
• In such cases, alternate arrangements or partial refunds may be offered at the operator's discretion.

7. Personal Belongings

• Participants are solely responsible for their personal belongings.
• The trek operator is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

8. Privacy Policy

• Your personal information will be used only for booking and communication purposes.
• We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.

9. Acceptance
